I had attached my birth certificate which was issued by city municipality 3 years back. I did not attach any affidavit and I am sure I will get rfe for that. Now I have 2 affidavits ready, should I send my affidavits before they issue the rfe or should I wait for rfe? Do you think sending affidavits without rfe will trigger approval?
