BC Issue

Hi Everyone,

My CP interview is on May 3 in New Delhi. I received Packet IV and it mentioned that we need to have BC registered if born after 1969. I tried to get it registered again but no luck. The process is taking too long. I do have affidavit from my parents and no found from the Registrar of Birth. Any comments if this will be OK. Thanks.
 
talk to the consulate about ur problem ,,, hopefully, they will accept the afidavits

I am in the same boat did u get my mail.

I too have a birth certificate from municaplity,but It doesnot have date of registration on it.
I have two affidavits from my parents.
Now if I want to get a new BC ,they may put date of registration as the current date.
Is such recent date okay???

date of registration can be current. because late registration is allowed.

Having BC is good.

If not, when providing affidavits you need to have letter of
non-availability from competant local authorities, which should
be easy to get.

Have secondary proof of BC ready, like 10th class certificate, any
other doc which has DOB mentioned.

date of registration can be current ... no problem ... it just means its a late registration ...just
