My husband got his GC by attending the personal interview without me. He never informed me about the interview date. Later when he got GC he threwed me out of the house. My EAD is valid for 2 more months and i am working on that. I met an attorney and he asked me to get the proof that we lived together. I am gathering all the proof.
But how can he get the GC if the interview letters are sent for both wife and husband?
