Gurus,
recently my employer told me he applied for 140/485 concurrently for me
i gave him papers in aug last week,

can anyone tell me when my employer/attorney will get the 140/485/ead/ap receipts to them

so that i can check the status?

If your attorney has filed your papers, from the date of filing, it should take around 2 weeks for you to get case numbers.

thanks Want GC Soon for ur response
i'll wait 2 weeks then i'l lcall my employer regarding receipts

is that once we filed concurrently 140/485/EAD/AP, those receipts will go to attorney or to our address?

I received all the receipts to my address. Except for 140, which went to the lawyer. I think it also depends on “how your lawyer filed all your documents”.
Because I have seen here people say that it went to lawyer.

thanks Con_File_Feb for ur quick response
so now i have to ask my employer/attoeny that did they received my 140 receipt now

if suppose AP approved then is it comes to our address or attorney's address??

Usually to the applicant / beneficiary's address, but if your attorney had provided his address it would go to them.

It will go to the attorney. Unless you are not using one.
