Hey,
I have several very basic questions. I always see people list their I140/485's date like, ND, AD, and LUD, what are all these stands for? It looks like LUD is a very important thing to check. Where I can check this?

Thanks alot!

Thank you very much for answering my questions.
I realized that you also filed your I140 and 485 together. When did you get your advance parol for travel? and when the FP could happen? I just filed my EB-1OR this week by an attorney, no case number yet. But really want to know when I can get the advance parol so I can travel. If it take really long, I plan to travel with my H1B, but if the FP print need to happen for the advance parol. Then I have to change my plan.

You have a choice of not applying for AP and EAD with I-485 and I didn't apply for AP as like you I had my H1B stamped. Untill recently, when my I-140 got approved i applied for AP and its taking ard 2-3 months for it to come. Well I beleive, FP is not required for AP. In general first FP notice comes in 1-2 months time!!!!!

The first FP notice comes so quick, only 1-2 month after filing. If so, do I have have to stay until all my FP is done, or is there a waiting time for the FP? I will only leave for 3 weeks through.

I believe if you file parole at the same time as 140/485, its fair to expect AP in 2 months time

Thank you very much MrGC! If so I will just wait for my advance parol and then travel. Good luck in your AD for I485.
