My Labor PD is Nov 2002.
I140 was approved in Aug 2006.

I am in EB2.
I looked up a USCIS site which says that Vermont is processing Jan 06 I-485 cases.
Does that mean my case will be handled sometime in 6-7 months?
Why do you think my case should have been processed by now?

The dates given in the vermont site is not so accurate.Sometimes they do process other dates forward to the dates given in the website. Like in my case when my case was approved according to the site they were only processing June 05 but my date was Sept 05. But the problem is you can't call them to confirm as they will say the dates in the USCIS website has not crossed yours and hence you have to wait. So keep your fingers crossed and I think you will hear something in another couple of months max. Good Luck.
