At which stage we are suppose to provide information about our dependednt (e.g. spouse). ?

Is it required only at the time of 485. ?

As I undestand my lawyer send me only ETA-750 B form at the time of filing I-140 (it was substitute labour case). I think there was no place for spouse name etc in that form.

Please let me know

Your spouse/dependents will be required to file I-485. They have nothing to do during the I-140 stage. If you are not filing I-140/485 concurrently then you can file for your spouse EAD.

Thanks for the info

I am not filing 485 concurrently, I don't know but my lawyer decided to do seperatly in context of substitue labour. I think EAD can be filed only at the time of 485? right? (looks like typo in your message)

Thanks
- Arvind

You can file for EAD after the I-140 approval. Sorry about that. THe attorney's prefer to file I-140 first for LC since they think its a 50-50 chance for approval. (This is my attorney's view, and I don't intend to scare you here.) On a positive note, I have seen I-140 (LC substitute) approvals for my company without any RFEs.
