Basic GC steps through Family Based Sponsorship

Can someone please tell me the steps after the priority date gets current in a Family Based green card sponsorship (the applicant who is going to get the GC is outside US).

1) Which forms need to be filled in after that
2) how much time does it take to get the GC after the priority date becomes current.
3) Also if a derivatives name needs t be added what are the steps.
