There has been lot of talks about AC21 and I-140 Revocation..
But there is a note added in the new AC21 Memo which says
something about Labor certification being valid after 180 days..

Does this mean Job Location is irrelavent after 180 days..
can one move virtually any where out of state to different
service center without affecting I-485..

I'd appreciate your thoughts on this issue...

From Murthy.com analysis
----------------------------------------------------------------
The Memo states that if the I-140 petition has been approved and the I-485 applicant takes a new job in a "same or similar" position after the I-485 application has been pending 180 days or longer, then the underlying I-140 petition remains valid under AC21. In a footnote, BCIS mentions that the underlying Labor Certification also remains valid if the same conditions are satisfied.

Generally in Labor itself there is a column where it says subsequent location for work.
If you have written as same as your address then it might be diffcult. I have seen labor they have mention that i can work at different location which is unknown at time.

Still so for i know from latest info.(not this AC2 memo). Job location should not matter. But still consult with some attorney
