I am attending to apply for the j1 waiver application based on NOC grounds. Today, I have just received a call from my home country embassy that my NOC application is approved now. They asked to send them a bar code page then they would issue the NOC, then forward to department of states.
From where I can get the barcode page?
I am subjected to 212 only because of skills list. If I now apply for the waiver based on the NOC ground, and give my reason to DOS that I am attended to live USA for research reasons (For this I can get letter from my institute), then how much is the chance that I would be granted a waiver.
