will BANKRUPTCY in australia will effect Candadian PR
i requested for Police clearance in australia--will it be any problem
i am applying for canda PR,so please suggest me,

to meet the points i need to have knowledge in frence also,where can i learn french and write the test,,or is there any alternative.............
Can any one help me who wrote the french exam or took any letter.....
 
The police cert is only focus on "Criminal offense". Normal bankruptcy is considered "civil offense" (Unless, they can proof you to have illegal wrong doing "fraud" on your bankruptcy.
