I need your input. I am thinking of declaring bancruptcy in Canada. Will it affect my GC application in the long run ? I have been in the US for three years,no ties in the canada except for this credit cards debts that i left. I spoke to a debt specialist before and he advised me to attend a debt semina before I will be granted a debt amnesty. I cannot leave US at this time due to financial issues.anyone has a similar experience? I cThanks.
