Bank Draft for Assessment and Application fees - Please reply

Hello
I requested my Bank to provide me a draft of 500 CAN Dollars, however it looks like they are over-smart and they wired it to the Canadian Consulate.

Is this the normal procedure or do I need to get a draft and mail it along with my application.

I agree, call them up and explain what happened. You don\'t even have a file number yet, so they will not know who it is from. I would call them, they are very helpful.
