Background info: I submitted my husband's I-485, I-130, I-765, I-102 and waited 46 days with no NOAs before I called the 800# and was told that I should cancel my checks and re-submit the application. Of course, with my luck the application was entered into the system on the 46th day and I didn't find out until after I cancelled the checks. I called the 800# again and was told that I could just wait to receive an invoice for the sum and then pay by CC over the phone, which I did.
Now for the question....I paid the invoice the day after receiving the notice (6/7) and it is now 6/16 and the status of the application still says that I have been notified about the returned payment and the application has been put on hold until payment has been made. Does anyone know how long it should take for the status to update so they can start working on the application again???
