Bangalore - Parents Visitor Visa - How to start

I am planning to invite my parents to visit me here for the 1st time. I have a Green Card. My parents are both above 60 years.

We are also planning to visit India in the next 1-2 months.

What is faster ?
1. Go to Bangalore TT Services (Drop Off location) , give them the docuements and get appointment. In this case - Do they need to carry any more documents during Interview ?

2. If I take an appointment over the web - Do they need to furnish all the documents only at the time of interview ?

Just looking for general guidance - to make this process go smoother.

This is based on our personal experience. We had booked an appnt. over the web and parents carried all the documents for the interview. Interview was successful.
