Baltimore transfers

How VSC determines that case needs to be transfer to Baltimore. Is it address of an applicant at the time of I485 filing, applicant current address or no reason.

Anybody have idea about how local(Baltimore) transfers based on. Is it address of an applicant at the time of 485 filing or current address.

I think there've been quite a few discussions about this. I would check the Baltimore transfer thread for info. Perhaps the transfer depends on pure luck :)

Also, if you've been transferred please post your details to the Baltimore transfer thread. So that we all could share the information.

No, mine is not transferd to Baltimore. The reason I was asking is I was in NY when applied 485. After that I changed my address to Delaware. I was wondering whether address being in Delaware I would get Baltimore transfer. Anyway thanks and please post if you find any info.
