Baltimore transfer 06/20/03

Hi,

I have questions for you guys, is it normal for VSC to transfer file too early? Mine was transfer before EAD or FP done (only 3 weeks after I filed). I see all the ppl who transfer their files received both of the above before VSC transfer the file. My case is:

PD 05/26/2003
RD 05/28/2003
NA 06/11/2003
TD 06/20/2003
EAD ????
FP ????

Your case is a family based GC thru USC. Its different than employee case where the I-140 and 485 is done thru VSC and it is transfered to Baltimore only for final approval.

Baltimore is the only place in east coast where you cant file a case directly with local office like I did in Newark.

The goodnews in your case is that VSC moved the file so quickly to Baltimore after cashing the checks..

Baltimore will be doing your EAD and AP and the whole thing from now on. But some how they dont allow to submit the application directly.

However if you have a EAD renewal in future, you can do that directly in Baltimore as your I-485 would have been pending there...

Thank you swaiting...thats such a relief and finally someone answered my question I'm still waiting for my EAD though.
