Hi Guys;

IS there any ways/number to call and talk somebody in Baltimore office to check the status of a case? The number 410-962-2037 is USELESS! Nobody ever picks phone on that number!

I have never tried myself, but read somewhere on this site only about the following no : (410) 962-2338. I am not sure if this no. could also work : (202) 305-2523 - this is the no. of Business Liaison which looks after Employer related Immigration matters.
Do let me know if you are successful.

Thanks :).. I have tried that number and says its Exam program office.... but nobody picks the phone...useless as well!

The no. I have mentioned in my last Email (202)... was in fact Fax Number. Sorry about that....
