Does anyone know of a good lawyer in Baltimore or Maryland specializing in Citizenship issues. This lawyer should have trial experience and had previousely filed successful law suits against CIS.

Most folks discussing naturalization issues here don't need lawyers. You may have a better chance getting some referals on th e"green Card" board.

A lawyer I know is good is Sheela Murthy. She is an Immigration attorney. She is based here in Owings Mills, close to Baltimore. I personally havent used her but people who have used her have very good things to say about her. I have heard she has a lot of influence even in AILA. Check her website for details. www.murthy.com
