Hey every one,
It\'s finally over! It went really well, my husband and I got our passports stamped in about 10 minutes. Officer D called us an hour after our interview time, we went in with our lawyer. Lawyer and the immigration lady (Elaine) knew each other well so they talked a lot.

Mine was an employer case and my husband\'s a marriage case. Apparently the Officer had looked over my file from home since she only had 10 minutes to do my interview.

We took our oaths, gave our passports, EAD\'s, I-20\'s (husbands\' as well, from like 8 years ago). She asked me where I work and what I do. Since I changed my job she asked me if it had been 180 days and I said "Yes". My husbands picture was not right but we had another one to give her. She asked for new addresses and phone number. Stamped the passports and we were done!

yes it had

I changed my job after 180 days passed and that\'s what the INS officer asked me, in fact she kinda looked at my lawyer and asked him if that was the case.. and then she said she knew he wouldn\'t be here if that wasn\'t the case. So she trusted my lawyer, I guess, because she didn\'t look at my paystubs and match dates. She did ask and look at the new employment letter from my new company, and she verified that my title was the same.. which it was!

Congrats !

Congrats on your approval. Glad everything went fine because I remember u were worried about residence change to VA. I am still waiting on my approval after submitting an RFE that was issued to me during my interview. Hoping to get my approval soon.
