Hi,
I am just wondering how many of you who have to go for the Baltimore interview are going to take a lawyer?

Do you think it is worth it to take a lawyer?

thanks

It depends on how straightforward or how complicated your case is.
I didn\'t take any attorney for my interview. I saw about 40% of the
applicants with an attorney that day.

I haven\'t received my interview letter yet, but I was wondering the same thing. My case is complicated because I got laid off from my company and had to change job after 180 days with my EAD. Anyone know such a case to have been approved in Baltimore? My old employer promises to give a letter stating how they still want to hire me after they find me a project. I actually haven\'t resigned with them but I\'m not getting paychecks either. So I guess I would have to take my new company and old company information. It\'s so complicated!
