Interview was very professional, took 15 minutes. The docs I took were GC, Passport and driving licence. Questions about my answers on N-400. Did I commit any crimes that I was not arrested for ? Did I owe any money to IRS? Have i ever told the INS a lie. Did I ever consume or sell drugs. Am I a habitual drunkard ? My speeding ticket of 4 years ago explaination was waved away. small talk about where I worked and how long was the commute.

I got the N 652 ticked to passed and approved. Are all the oath ceremonies in Baltimore or do they do them in the county you live in sometimes ?

You have to wirte your name neatly on the photographs with a ball point pen in front of the officer. On another form she got me to write my name with the first intial in upper case for both first name and last name.

Baltimore has parking all around from $8 onwards. You can only take a camera if you have a oath ceremony.

Baltimore DO runs daily oath ceremonies on the 7th floor of the Federal Building, and occasionally runs ceremonies at other locations under special circumstances. e.g. my wife took her oath during a special ceremony at this year's "Baltimore International Festival".

Congratulations! Most likely you will be sworn in at one of the regular DO ceremonies.

Thanks

Thanks . Are these oath ceremonies through out the day ? Can we take other members of the family? How long will Baltimore Do send me the oath letter/

Do you remember what other form it was that you have to initial it?

Thanks, and congrats again.

Ceremony times vary somewhat - 11am most days, except Friday and perhaps also Monday which are 9am.

You can take family, and are also allowed to use cameras while in the 7th floor room.

Usually Balt. DO sends the appointment letter 2-3 weeks in advance of date.

Form

Foreverafter,

The form didn't have a number - it basically had all my info, name , A# ,address etc and I had toverify all the info was correct.

I have a kid <14 , after my oath do I have to apply for a Naturalization Certificate or Can I apply directly for a US Passport?

Thanks,

Shooshman

Thanks, as for your kid, you can do both, but I believe applying for his passport is much easier and faster than applying for Naturalization Certificate.

Best of Luck.
