Baltimore guys: need help on employerletter format

Guys,
I dont have lawyer and my HR people does't know much about employemnt letter for baltimore INS. They do have standaerd one. Can some body help me what must be included on the employer letter.
It helps me alot.

Dear Immigration Officer,

This letter is being provided to verify that Mr.<you> has been working for <company name> since A******** till date as a ********. In this capacity,

· Design reviews and taking specifications from clients.
· Product analysis, design and development using C#
. <Whatever you did/do>

Mr.<you> has been a valuable asset for <company name>. If you have any question with regard to the foregoing, please feel free to contact me.

Please see my response in other thread Interview Experience also.

My employment letter had salary mentioned as at least --------.
and also mentioned this letter is to conform the permanent
offer for regular full time job.

I know it will be confusing if many people respond they will give
very different format. I would suggest you get the standard
format from HR, with minor mods addressed
to full address of Baltimore on company letterhead
with address/phone.

In my case, the officer just saw the letterhead and filed the original in my file.
