BALCA rejection after I got my GC

Hi Friends, My first LC was rejected by DOL due to layoffs at my lab, but then my lawyers filed a case in BALCA. In parallel, they used a substituted labor which was accepted and I got my GC last year. The BALCA has returned again rejecting the original LC.

Should I be worried?
