Has anyone traveled thru Frankfurt/Germany? Please let me know. Do they weigh carry-on luggage (ie. Little suitcase that you get in with on the plane).

Make sure you can lift it up...They dont usually weight.

I agree with Want's answer but you should also check with your airline because rules about it change very often.
