Hey all

I just got layoff today and I did my FP 2 weeks ago. What\'s my status right now? Is my green card process down the drain?
Please advise. I need it desperately.

If you pass 180 days with work permit, go to get another similar job.

If not having work permit, you would keep quiet to wait for work
permit coming.

I saw one similar case in this board. He/She got approval recently.
Here is userid(sapprasad) in Sept list. Please check his/her msg.

If you are lucky enough, you won\'t get RFE and interview to get
approval directly. Keep pray.
