This English is not bad at all. I sure think you'll sail through as long as you can understand and respond to the consular officer.Besides, i don't think the CO is there to assess whether you can speak good English or not. You'll be fine.

Translator is available at the time of your actual interview. The worst thing is consular will require you a I-134.
