Bad Credit Or Bankruptcy pending GC

i have one more question about credit history... i have friend he married with USC and his GC is pending..he has work permit.. he has bad credit history..in other words his credit is gone...two questions here..what he has to do..file a brankruptcy? or leave it like the way it is...Is that gonna effect of green card interview or not? plz explain da answer..
 
As far as I know your credit history will not affect your applications. You're not applying credit through immigration. I wouldn't file bankruptcy if I were you.
 
hmmmmm,,..rite dats wat i heard before... does someone has different opinion or dats da one is rite answer?
