Backlog reduction center

i heard recently that a few BRCs have been opened. my application (RIR-eb2 category) was filed way back in aug03 in Chicago. heard that some of these cases are being moved to dallas etc.

i would ike to know how long does it take these days for this labour appln to be approved?
