Anyone has Approved LC?

Does anyone have Approved LC with Degree in Economics and 8 yrs of IT Experience in Cobol/Siebel/SAP?
 
Hi,

your link to guide was really useful ....It gives a thorough idea on what the process is gonna be like...But this is only for those LC appls that have not been opened up at all...ie they are at the bottom of the pipeline ...But what about those applications that have been State Approved and pending for federal ....Where do those appls go ?...

All Chicago Regional applications( RIR) have been moved to BEC. This is as per the conversation I had with customer service representative in Chicago NPC center.
