Department of Labor announced on December 11 that the BEC currently has 142,418 cases pending with 59,328 RIR cases (41%) and 85,608 Traditional Cases (59%). In September, the pending case number was 176,000. In the past three months, about 33,600 cases have been removed, with a pace of 11,000/month.
I have a friend in the pipeline for over 6 years. can anyone suggest anything she can do to accelerate this - write to dept of labor through congress person etc ? anything specific that you know might make a diff. Thx
