Backlog getting cleared 09/2007, what use is RIR?
Hello All:
Can someone explain this RIR thing? Since labor backlog is anyway going to be cleared by 09/2007, what use is converting to RIR from TR right now? My Priority date (PD) is 03/2005.
It is a great expense for me to bear, as I am paying for the GC process, my employer does not pay a cent. I just want to make sure our lawyer is not working for his own interests (this is based on personal experience with a horrid previous attorney).
Can somebody please clarify?
