My LC was filed in Mar 2001 from MD - State LC was approved and was sent for federal in 2003 Oct. Due to recent changes in LC and introduction of PERM my case was transferred to backlog center. My employer received notification to get their approval whether or not to process my LC in Feb '05. Till date haven't heard from backlog center.
Could you advice how to get to know the status of my case. Do appreciate your help and time.
