Hi guys
I am new to this forum. Gone through some of the posts which are very informative thanks to everyone. My case is at the backlog center in phily. When I sent for a 10th yr H1B extension proof in Oct '05 I got a screenshot with my my processing case status.

How long does it take from recieving the 45 day letter for processing. What other information might the backlog center need.

Good lord, my friend. You are on 10th year H1-B extension!!! They should just give you an automatic GC simply for being in the US that long, without bothering about labor, I-140 etc... I hope your labor gets cleared soon.

I can relate to that. I'm also on my 10th year of H1-B extension. PD is April 30, 2001. RIR but remanded to state. State: CA. Received 45 day letter last month.
