Background Security Check vs Name Check

I think it is same, I did ask the same question to CSC email (in April, when they were still responding to email) and they replied that it is same.

From the email I got I am kind of sure that they were same as the email worded them as "FBI Background Security/Name Check".

But, anyway, now it is confirmed.
