Hi!
Can anybody know what is backgroundcheck after Fingerprint & how long it take to get that report.As I called to IIO about my Pending I-485 07/09/03 he said as Backgroundcheck report is pending after FP & call us back after01/15/05. My question is


What is Back groundcheck report

How long it usualy takes after Fp

You can contact FBI by writing a request on your namecheck, You should provide A#, DOB, Full Name and any other relevant information. Here is their contact info: fbi fax Number : 202-324-3367 e-mail : FBINNCP@ic.fbi.gov

Background Check

hi!

i called FBI today for FP Clearance they told my pf report were sent to USCIS on 07/31/2003 & also I sent E-Mail to FBI in Sept.-2004 & they e-mailed me on 10/22/04 by stating my fp results were sent back same day to USCIS.

I don't know what is Background check ?????????


anybody experience this kind please advise
 
Can you tell us how you were able to reach the IIO. My ND is Dec 2002 and i am getting frus... and if you can tell us how you reached the IIO may be it will open a path for us

Did you see srireddy's reply regarding Name check above? Just send a fax to them with your A#,DOB and contact numbers and they will get back to you in 3 weeks. Please let me know which phone number did you use to call IIO to find your Backgroundcheck report is pending?
 
See if your are lucky.

Your PD is 07/19/02.
After Jan'05 IIO may say that we are working on such and such PD.
So make it fast and you may get approval soon.
Any way as Nebraskan asked could you tell us the number you called IIO.

I just called the people at the 1-800 national service center and got the response nothing other than what is there in the case status site!! I specifically asked them how people after me got the approvals and not me? They said they have no idea!!!???
