I received a letter a while back that claimed that my case is not ready for decision due to a required investigation into my background, i was wondering if the background check that the letter was talking about is the name check or another type of extensive and lengthy background check?
my interview was on Nov 2006 and my lud was October 2006 After hearing about the new name check policy, I called a csr and was told to wait till march 10, well march 10th went and i called back. They told be that a reply was mailed today and I'm dreading that its one of the same letters that doesn't tell you anything except try again in 6 months...
