Folks,

I wanted to start a tracker for H1 visa holders that are in canada and stuck for background check. Any information and dates would be great.

Can you give me some details on what is you job etc and reason for checks. I am planning to get my revalidated this month in Toronto and hoping it could be done with in a week.

The reason for my check was because i am from Pakistan and I guess my country is part of list that needs Security Advisory Opinion.

So, it took you a week or so for the whol process??? I am planning to land on PR and apply for H1 stamping soon.
