Back to H1 after using EAD

If someone works with EAD.. then the H1 is invalid for ever ???

I am working with EAD for the last one year...

My H1 with last employer expired on 07, March, 2003....

I only used 3 yrs of my H1...

I just did my FP.. (RD Nov'01)..

If there are any problem with AOS .. is it possible to go back to H1 again....

What I have to do...
