I came to US with f1 visa for Bachelors in Business administration in dec 2010 but now want to change to another university for Masters in computer science.
This university gave me i20 for masters,my question is it legally okay for me to change from bachelors to masters ( I am on f1 ) only?
When i go to India should i again go for stamping?
