Baby's name not included in 2nd NL

I had my baby in Dec. 2007, I email KCC informing them about the birth and was informed to fill a form DS 230 for the baby and submit. I filled it, scanned a sent via email along with his birth certificate. ( i did not include his photograph though).

KCC replied that my case file will be updated.

I recieved my 2 NL and his name was not on the list of beneficiary.

House, what should i do? And i hope no problem by not attaching his photograph? but i intend going with his photograph to the embassy on inteview day.

I sent an email and they replied that my case has been forwarded to the embassy. I also sent an email to Lagos embassy, and they advice, we all come for our interview and they'd advice me on what to do on the interview day.

Yes, i did that but print out mails sent and recieved from KCC.

In our own case nothing was mentioned about the mails. I was only asked if i had a new baby recently.
