Anyone can give me some idea like any kind of immigration previlege the parents will get if they have a newborn baby (born in US). Parents are legally in US and waiting for AOS....

Can you explain your question little bit clear? Any thing she can do will be after she turned 18 years.

Actually it is 21 years not 18 years.

I think it depends on the state. Some states says 18+ person can buy liquor and some say 21+. My $0.
