BA in Engineering + 2 years experiences => EB2 or EB 3?

Hello

I am now preparing documents for I-140 aplication.
I've applied LCA to DOL with 'BA in Engineering + 2 years experiences as the minimum requirement'.

But I have had more than 5 years experience in our industry.
Can I apply to I-140 for EB2 ?

My experence is the following ?

BA in Engineering
2 years experience in different area .
2 years experience in the previous company in the same field applied.
Joined the current company in our branch in other country(4 years).
Moved to our USA branch at 1999.
