B2 Visa vs. US Travel Date

Hi,
My parents recently got 5 years B2 visa. I want to know that is there a limit of days, like 180 days, within which they have to enter US atleast once?

Can they plan to enter US anytime during the validity of the visa, maybe after an year or so?

Is there any official link to the statement thatone can enter US anytime during the validity of Visa and not befor esay 180 days/6 months. I have seen people saying it is ok but have not seen anything official on it yet. Thanksh
