My in-laws (brother-in-law) are planning to come to us in december.
I have sent out only my i-134 and bank statements. wanted to know if these 2 docs from myside be enough?
I have heard that while applying the consular will not be looking at my documents at all. They would only be concerned with my in-laws documents and is seeing if in-laws will be coming back or not.
Also, i have heard that US consulate is giving tourist - b2 - very very easily - because they want people to come to US - hence document checking is not very stringent.
