B2 visa for student - 3rd year engineering

I want to get my sister over here for a month. She is in her 3rd year engineering and I have a green card. What are the chances of her getting the visa. Any suggestions to make her chances better. SHe will be applying at the chennai consulate

her chances are slim unless she has a compelling reason to visit US and a more compelling reason to return.
