I am currently going through family issues .going through divorce. I would like to bring my parents to US. I am new to the process. I need some suggestions regarding the papers i should be sending to my parents.
1. do I have to mention the restratining order issued to my husband.
2. is it required to mention anything related to divorce in the Letter_consulate.
3. any other documents required to send my parents.
