We are planning to apply for visa Extension for my ILs. Original I94 expires on Jun 2nd. I have a few questions, appreciate your help on this.
1. What kind of return ticket proof is required? Is it ok to provide a print out of a Blocked ticket with the future date, or it should be a purchased ticket with the future date on it?.
2. E-filing, how it should be done?. Is it required to create two applications one by my FIL for asking extension and another one by myself to request for an extension with the supported documents?
3. I have gone through some of the sucess stories and not so success stories in this forum and it has been very useful. My situation is, though we planned for vacation and other things, because of my son got sick suddenly and it requires a couple of months of care, I could not take my ILS everywhere.
But I am not sure, whether it is a good idea to say this, as I came across people saying that do not mention any taking care of business in the reason column.
Also going through the attorney has any better success track record against applying ourselves.
