Hi,
My parent have an 10 year multiple entry visa that is expiring end of this year. They plan to come in August and to stay for 6 months, which will be end of Jan 2010. Since the visa expires Dec 2009, will they be allowed to stay only till Dec 2009? My understanding is that visa is for entry only and the length of stay is decided by the officer at entry.
I do not want to apply for another B2 visa at this stage.
