Hi,
Sorry for the sideline. I looked at B2 forum, there are very few people participate, that's why I post it here.
My parents got their B2 vison on Nov 2004. They are going to comes to USA in Feb 2005. Somebody told me that US Embassy in China is give 12 months multi-entry visa starting at 1/1/2005 . I confirmed it is correct at this site http://www.usembassy-china.org.cn/visa/.
My quesiton is that "are my parents going to get 12 months visa instead of 6 months at the point of entry at US?"
Any info will be highly appreciated.

Jerry.

Some people get 10 year tourist visa, but it doesn't mean they can stay for that long. What I heard so far is, parents get to stay 6 months at a stretch, their I-94 will have a date stamped, that will be for around 6 months period.
